U.S. Forest Service stages controlled burn Sunday in Wayne County

WAYNE COUNTY, Miss. (WDAM) - The Chickasawhay Ranger District conducted Sunday a prescribed burn of nearly 1,500 acres in Wayne County.
The 1,448-acre burn affected Forest Service Road 207 and Smithtown-Chicora Road at times Sunday.
The public was asked to use caution.
